This is John installing the massive Cushcraft A-3. Not a real big antenna, but we ended up with over 10,000 QSOs before duping the logs, so it must have worked. John was the chief cook and antenna installer.

Jeff is focused on rate, seemingly oblivious to whatever it is that Rob is doing. Jeff got this trip together and was more organized than anyone I've ever seen...he did a great job coordinating the whole affair...and was so pleased with the results, did it all again in 1982, unfortunately, I didn't make that trip.
